Closes swamp-club #2974.

swamp data get is being deprecated in favor of swamp data query. This moves stagecraft off it.

Subagent prompt (dispatch.ts, buildSubagentPrompts): each injected product is read with swamp data query 'modelName == "<key>" && name == "<record>"' --select content --json. The prompt says each read prints {"results": [...]} with one result, the payload.
Integration harness (harness.ts, data()): reads the same way, with version == N added for an earlier version. data query succeeds with no results, so the harness fails unless exactly one record matches. The skill test and the example runner, which ran data get themselves, now read through it.
Skill-command checker (skill_commands.ts): accepts the data query form in place of data get.
Docs: the stagecraft skill (SKILL.md, references/driving.md, the worked example), REFERENCE.md and DESIGN.md.
Studio bundle: rebuilt, since it embeds dispatch.ts.

This ships without data query --single (swamp-club #2961), which hasn't been released yet. swamp-club #2978 tracks switching to it.

No files are added, so the held manifest (cue/2947-stagecraft-manifest) needs nothing new.

- The skill, REFERENCE.md and DESIGN.md show data query; an earlier
  version is read with version == N in the predicate.
- Rebuilt the studio bundle, which embeds dispatch.ts.

Moving to data query --single once it ships is swamp-club #2978.
