Renames the extension from its code name, gatorwalk-factory, to its public name, stagecraft (
@swamp/stagecraft), before first release. Closes swamp-club #2932.What changed
stagecraft/scripts/rename_to_stagecraft.tsand its test. It can be re-run, and running it twice gives the same result. It moves files one at a time withgit mv, rewrites the name and keeps its case, and re-wraps only the prose lines the new name pushed past 80 columns. It has a--checkmode and finds the repo root from git in the current directory, so a branch can run main's copy before it rebases. It skips the generated studio bundle, whichdeno task build:studiorebuilds. It also deletes the #2785 lifecycle-to-factory script, whose work is done.build:studioandfmt.gatorwalk-factory/moves tostagecraft/.@swamp/stagecraft/{factory,work-item,studio,tracker,swamp-club,linear}and thework-item-summaryreport are renamed.stagecraft. Its triggers name only stagecraft, and the guard that it fires only when the user names it is kept.verification/checks.yaml,workflow-verify.yamland the path guard inworkflow-verify-reviews.yamlare updated.workflow-verify.yamlalso loses its pointer to the example #2842 removed. For open branches
Before rebasing, run main's copy of the script on your branch:
Then commit and rebase onto main.
Verification
git grep -i gatorwalkfinds only the rename script and its test.--checkpasses, and a second run changes nothing.skill_testand the summary report.stagecraft/as its extension source lists every@swamp/stagecraft/*type.f6b4fdf(code, adversarial and CI-security reviews all pass). Attestation 6d0cb9c6-1d4b-4901-a9d9-cb62b38fba96.No manifest, so no version bump. Publishing is #2820.
